Frequently asked questions
How far in advance should we book?
For weddings and large events, 3-6 months ahead gives us the best pick of vendors and dates. For birthdays, showers and proposals, 3–6 weeks is usually comfortable.
Do you handle events outside Abuja?
Yes, We plan destination weddings and out-of-town events. Our surprise delivery service also covers areas outside the Abuja city centre, including Kubwa, Nyanya, Karu, Kuje, Lugbe and Gwagwalada.
What's the difference between full planning and coordination-only?
Full wedding planning & coordination covers design, vendor sourcing and management from the ground up. Coordination-only is for clients who've already sourced their vendors and just need seamless on-the-day (and pre-event) execution.
How does payment work?
A 50% non-refundable planning fee secures your date and unlocks vendor meetings plus food and cake tasting. The balance is agreed as part of your planning schedule.
My guest count is above your table what now?
Above 1,000 guests for weddings, or 1,500 for shows and outdoor events, pricing is open for negotiation, reach out and we'll put together a custom quote.
